I am worried that I will be harrassed with phone calls wanting me to work.

You will not be harrassed into any locums that you do not wish to work. First of all, Latitudes normally fills locums in blocks, not shift by shift. Discuss what you are looking for with us; you are in charge.  We will not waste your time in proposing that you work in a location or position that does not match your key criteria.

Our people are on the ground everywhere.  People with years of experience in the industry. People who are in touch and keep their finger on the pulse.  We know what is happening in all our key markets - the UK, Middle East, Australia, Singapore, India and the rest.  We can give you a comprehensive independent assessment of the current situation and how it impacts on you.

Our depth of experience in the health industry gives us an insider's perspective into all aspects of how it operates. We understand the cycles and trends and factor this into our operations. This insight affords us a dramatic strategic advantage.

What types of places will I work?

Our clients are located throughout the globe and are in city, urban and remote locations. All will be looking to recruit you for locum opportunities for a range of reasons.  Sabbatical and maternity leave vacancies, holiday relief, to supplement staff during a peak season in holiday locations, locum staffing can be a cost effective way for health care facilities to manage their medical staffing needs. You and your skills will be both respected and in demand.
